Privacy Policy
This policy describes the Lead The Way Book website's contact and chapter-preview forms when configured and submitted, and the services that process that information.
Information you send us
Contact form
The contact form on the home page asks for your name and email address, both required, and an optional message. If you submit it, those fields are sent to our servers and delivered by email to the site team so we can reply.
Chapter 1 preview request
The "Join the Lead the Way Movement!" form asks for your first name, last name and email address, all required. If you submit it, those fields are sent to our servers and delivered by email to the site team. A confirmation email may be sent to the address you provide, and a download link may be shown on screen when one is available.
Updates and mailing list
The sign-up text promises book updates and other resources. No newsletter or mailing-list service is connected to this site, and your details are not enrolled in any list automatically. Your request goes to the site team, who handle it manually.
Anti-bot verification
Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. When you submit a form, Turnstile runs in your browser and Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details to make that decision. A verification token is sent to our server with your submission, and our server checks it with Cloudflare. Cloudflare handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Email processing
Form messages and confirmation emails are sent through a shared Gmail account used as the mail processor for the site. Messages therefore pass through, and are stored in, Google's email service and the mailboxes of the people who have access to that account. We do not publish a fixed retention schedule; messages remain until they are deleted.
Other services
- The site loads its PT Sans typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when pages load.
- Links to Amazon, LinkedIn and other websites leave this site. Those sites have their own policies.
- Pages from the earlier WordPress version of the site, including membership, login, comment and search forms, are kept for reference. Those forms are marked unavailable and do not send or store anything.
Your requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete a message, write to info@robbholman.com. We will review each request, but we cannot promise outcomes beyond what applicable law requires.

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
